Common questions
What finance and IT ask first.
Is the $490/mo price per seat or per team?
Per team. Scout is one seat; Analyst includes up to five. Additional seats on Analyst are $190/mo. Command is quoted per organization.
What counts as a "competitor"?
Any single public entity you want DigBI to monitor continuously — a company, product line, or category leader. You can swap who you track at any time; only the active count is billed.
How does the 14-day evaluation work?
We onboard your three most-watched competitors before any payment. If the first week's signal digest doesn't surface something you didn't already know, you don't continue. No card required to start.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — 15% on Analyst with a 12-month commitment. Command pricing always includes annual or multi-year terms by default.
What data sources do you use? Is any of it scraped?
Public sources only. Pricing pages, filings, release notes, public review sites, public podcasts and transcripts, job boards, and funding databases. No account scraping, no login-gated content, no third-party resellers of questionable data.
Do you integrate with our CRM?
Salesforce and HubSpot natively on Analyst and above. Battle cards and signal annotations sync to the competitor record. Custom CRMs on Command via API.
